With over 30 years experience in the food service industry, Frank Cutrara has become an integral part of the team
at The Cornerhouse on Main. In his role as culinary advisor and kitchen consultant to our chef's, Frank was instrumental
in preparing our early menus and with the overall design of the open kitchen. Over the years Frank has taught
many his culinary skills and continues to offer a unique learning experiencs with his personal group cooking
classes.
